8th Annual Design on the Delaware
October 20th, 21st, & 22nd at the Sheraton Philadelphia City Center & The Center for Architecture
Design on the Delaware is a three day conference and trade show that brings together design and building professionals, business and public leaders, product and service providers for a two day trade show and three days of professional education and networking. The event is a collaborative effort of 25 professional organizations representing 10,000 design and building professionals in Eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.
Continuing Education
Design on the Delaware will offer two general sessions and six sessions in six program tracks and tours. 44 hours of continuing education programs and three days of tours will be offered. Attendees can earn up to 20 Continuing Education Units. All seminars, keynote presentations and tours will offer AIA Continuing Education Learning Units which are accepted in all states requiring continuing education for licensure. AIA Philadelphia is an approved provider of AICP Certificate Maintenance credits (AICP CM) and the Landscape Architecture Continuing Education System (LA CES) credits. AIA, AICP, CM and LA CES credits are indicated for each program. AIA is a pre-approved provider of continuing education units per section 15.76 of the Rules and Regulations of the Pennsylvania State Board of Landscape Architects. Conference attendees may request proof of attendance for CEU/licensure purposes. Exhibits
The trade show floor will feature exhibitors of interest to members of Design on the Delaware collaborating organizations. The exhibit hall will be open: Wednesday, 11:45 am to 2:15 pm (lunch served in exhibit hall); 3:15 pm to 3:45 pm (refreshment break in exhibit hall): 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm: Thursday 11:45 am to 2:15 pm (lunch served in exhibit hall). Entrance to the trade show is free; paid registration for the conference education programs is not required to visit the exhibit hall. However, persons wishing to attend the trade show are asked to register.
