What am I doing?!

At some point after you've committed to participating in the Architecture in Education Program -- probably right after you've said "Yes" and hung up the phone -- you ask yourself, "What am I doing?"

You've come to the right place to learn what sorts of things might happen and to jumpstart your creative juices. Just remember, lots and lots of perfectly normal and even remarkably intelligent people have done this program over and over again, so there must be some reward to it.

How do I cover it all?

Perhaps you are already feeling overwhelmed by the possibilities: "How am I supposed to do all of this stuff in eight weeks?" Our answer: You're not supposed to.

Just as we implore you to give your students lots of choices, we're also throwing out a huge net of potential scenarios based on nearly 20 years of different teams' experiences.

The classroom teacher, your student design partner, and our staff will work together with you to help focus and refine your direction. It can be done, and is often the hardest part of planning because many of you will actually want to do it all! (Easy: keep signing on, and then you can do it over and over again, too.)
